Have tried to find this answer in a concise fashion and haven't been able to.
I have 68 TA points for the Nationals. I'm about to get to the +5 innings bonus. Will I go to 0/50 for TA 2 or 3/50? -

Was more concerned about a situation where I'm at like 68 and not close on innings and want to just do a +10 exchange instead of grinding.
