CAP Pitching Delivery

I use my CAP on all offline modes. Haven’t ever used one in RS. But just wondering what the best delivery you guys have used for a closer CAP. Thanks!

Any sidearm or submarine delivery will yield the best results

In RS yes, but against the cpu it does not matter. I'd recommend a fast delivery so games go quicker though.
