Game Crashed and Corrupted my Franchise File

So I was playing a minor league game, then once the game was finished, it crashed and now it shows "Corrupted Data" on my screen. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I started this franchise in MLB The Show 17, hope that gives a little more information.

Do you have PS plus? If so check to see if you have a recent save file uploaded there. If not, not sure what you could do besides restart the season from prior version (19)

Does it upload to Saved Data in Online Storage automatically?
