Curious again how secondary positions work... how many games does a player need to have a 2nd position? I know certain cards have diff positions and then an upgraded version may have added positions.
Been talking on streams but it seems no one has proper explanation
I thought they had to have at least 15 games minimum at a Secondary position in the year prior to qualify. I'm pretty sure SDS gave details on this, but it was like back in 16 or 17. But at this point I think they are just making it up as they go.

It seems like they’re making it up as they go. Take arenado and moncada for example. Both have 1st listed as a secondary but neither one has ever logged an inning at first in their major league careers. Another one is Carlos Santana he hasn’t caught a game since 2014 but has catcher as a secondary but played 7 games in right in 2017 and doesn’t have it as a secondary

Same thing with Kyle Schwarber he’s still got catcher as a secondary and he’s only played catcher 5 times since 2016. 4 times in 2017 and once last year in the 9th inning if game they were losing 11-2 and they had the backup catcher on the mound pitching.
