500 stars

When I got to 500 stars I was only able to choose 1 from the 3 lower level prospects. Is this normal or should I have Had more options ?

Thats normal, its the same as the packs you could buy. They do a poor job of explaining it though.

Normal. Like 1:1 chance of the base three. 1:10 at the rare round (highest two) and I think it is a 1:3 for the mid tier (middle two).
