There has to be something wrong with the pitching stamina when it comes to the pitching moments in MTO. The simulated stamina drain has to be 2x the normal rate cause I just got into a perfect game pitcher moment where P with 83 stamina had thrown 59 pitches and his stamina was just barely above empty, which seems way too low for that number of pitches.

I've seen the same. While i love the MTO concept, there are so many things that are jacked up with it that the fun kinda gets taken away. Pitcher stamina, no control over call ups, lineups always reverting back to the default, only getting offered the same players pretty much with every team, momentum playing no role in playoffs, etc. But it's still better than RS.
