Is anyone still getting ”Challenge Failed” !?

My buddy who has been trying to play this game since day 1 still CANT PLAY DIAMOND DYNASTY ONLINE..

It allows him to play showdowns, open packs etc but when it comes to trying to match with another player he constantly gets the CHALLENGE FAILED ERROR..

This should be a HUGE priority for SDS to fix. I know it was a big topic early on but if i had to guess im sure those players gave up already since we are already a month and a half in on this game..

Something needs to be done
