@Victor_SDS
This has been happening on 100% of double plays to my 1B and pitcher for the past 5 days, and before anyone tries to say user error (which it isnt), this particular clip is the CPU in the Alex Kiriloff moment.
I've never had my first baseman chuck the ball into the outfield like that before. What do you use for throwing? Is it meter or whatever the other one is? If you dont use meter, you are handcuffing yourself because the game will determine if it's a throwing error or not when you try.

Gotta use button accuracy to prevent that

I use button accuracy no meter. But again, this wasnt me, it was the CPU, and up until this week I have never had a problem with this, but now it is the 1B and the pitcher every time I try to turn 2. Everyone else throws just as they should.

Why would you turn off the meter for button accuracy? That just defeats the purpose of the input. If you dont want the meter to show up just use buttons for throwing. If the meter is off you can't blame the cpu for the result, because theres no way without the meter to know if your throw was accurate.

I dont follow. Button accuracy is based on players ARM ACC attribute, correct? I dont want a perfect throw every time, that isnt baseball, but it also isnt realistic to pull the player off the bag every single time either.
I dont have this problem with any other type of throw from any other fielders. Just the 1B and the pitcher.

No. Buttons is based on skill ratings, not button accuracy.
Why just the 1B and the pitcher then? If the meter being off was the problem I should be seeing this from every fielder.
