Offense or Defense with your Catcher

I have 87 Sanchez and 92 Bench. Sanchez crushes and I don't notice much difference on defense. Should I sell Bench for Stubbs? Just curious on thoughts?

Offense. 99 biggio and 92 piazza both let balls through the five hole for no reason. Piazza is only silver Fielding though.
