Are you able to pull diamonds out of Silver/Gold exchange packs?
I’ve seen people pull diamonds out of regular silver player pack but unsure if the ones gained through exchanges are different?

no, you can only pull what's listed in exchange packs.

Not necessarily, I pulled a diamond out of a gold pack last year
Even the odds on those packs say Gold OR BETTER, but It's very rare

Not in the actual exchange packs.
Yes, you can get diamonds in the gauranteed silver/gold packs from showdown or bundles, but you only get what’s listed when you exchange players.
