Is the only way to acquire BO Adam Dunn now is through the community market? In game, it says he can be acquired through 1st inning program, monthly programs - which I cannot find? Is the opportunity to earn him through this method now passed?

Yes and that card is a beast. Love the big donkey's swing and his defense fits right in with state of the game right now. It won't even be a glitch when that stuff happens with him.

Go to featured programs. Right by the current program (3rd inning) you’ll see the two other programs listed which you can scroll to. There you can see the missions for it.
