Number of outs are incorrect.

Is anybody else having problems with the number of outs being displayed is incorrect? I'm playing franchise with fast counts turned on. The outs circles (2 dots that are either black or red to display how many outs there are) don't match how many outs there are in an inning? eg.... neither of the circles are filled in, but there is really 1 out in the inning. Sometimes if I can a pitch then it will correct itself. Sometimes it won't. I've done all of the available updates.

I noticed one inning the other day that it wasn't showing outs at all while I was hitting. Ground out, fly out and it still showed no outs. When I recorded the third out inning over. The following inning it was working. Only time I've ever seen anything like that.

I'm having trouble when I quick manage, sometimes the other team gets 4 outs in the first.
