I won a ranked seasons game and won 2-1, when I got back to the main menu I lost points, wth I was at 865

I can attest to getting a hold of them within the last 10 days on some ridiculous stuff that happened. Here's their response:
'Thank you for the email. We regret you are having connection issues with The Show. We will investigate this and may contact you for additional information if required. Unfortunately we cannot alter W/L records or ratings points for our users. We do appreciate your patience as we look into this matter further.'
Hope your response would be better than what I got, because what I got was [censored].

That's the standard response for the last 3 years. They will not alter W/L even if you feel it's warranted.
Played an event game last night. I'm the away team, a hit a fly ball to the outfield my opponent dives to miss it on purpose, advance to 3rd. That happens a couple more times. Bottom of the 1st, he bunts with his first two guys for outs. I get the third out. Top 2nd I lead off with a home run, then the game freezes up. I can move my pci but can't pause or step out or anything. Look him up on here, the previous 3 games he played ended the same way. He got the win but was losing in every game.
Should I have gotten the win? Probably. Will they change it? No, if they did they'd have to investigate every instance of a disputed game and I'm a sure they don't have to resources to do that. -
