Got up to 750 again today, it’s the third time I have been here... I always get matched up with someone that’s 845 and above... is the rating mod a thing? Why can’t I play someone at the same point as me? It just doesn’t add up, another 1-0 loss to a World Series player

It takes longer to find a game because it gives you someone with the similar rating but it’s worth it. As soon as matchmaking starts, just hold left on the dpad and it’ll work. Keeps it I think 25 points less and more. But you’ll never get someone like you got. Where you’re 750 and you’re matched with an 850 rating type thing

768 is the minimal ranking you need to be in order to not play on all star. Rating mod isn't a thing anymore, it was done away with last year.

I believe that hold the along stick to the left not only decreases the rating but it also increases the highest level. So you could match up with a lower rating or you could catch someone at a higher level.
