Fix The Timing Window!!!
-
There is no way this is how they wanted this game to play is it?? How two pitchers throwing a 100mph pitch can have such different swing timings is beyond frustrating. One pitcher it’s like I’m swinging a 20 pound bat and the next one I’m right on the ball. Latency plays a role in all of this as well. This years game is just beyond frustrating at this point.

Could be the movement of the pitch messing up your perceived timing.
That's why the throwback diamond Charlie Morton is so easy to rip his face off, his 4SFB has 67 break.

I got a monitor and it helps tremendously when it comes to timing

The timing window is a game mechanic/slider. A monitor isn't going to do anything in that regard, you are relating to response time. Two different things entirely.

How do you see the breakdowns on each pitch please and ty

I have one as well. That isn’t going to fix this issue.

I don't think it is allowed to link to other websites here directly, but there is a site called DaddyLeagues and part of the site is dedicated to Diamond Dynasty. They have a database of all players in DD that you can search and if you go to a pitchers player page at the top above their atrributes it shows their repertoire with pitch speed, break, and control for each individual pitch.
This is extremely important information when looking at pitchers. For instance Bob Feller has amazing control on his FB, CB, SL but control on his CH is awful, so you know to use the FB, CB, SL heavily and stay away from his CH and throw it sparingly.

Agree with the initial post, but if I can add something slightly ot...why are there even starters who can throw 102 mph...every pitch...for an entire outing?!?
It’s usually the sinker and how it’s used that gets the most complaints, but the above seems even less realistic and stupid to me. -

It should be all pitchers, its always been silly that pitchers are deep in the yellow, 110 pitches in and they're still hitting top velocity with pretty decent control.
