I think most of us were operating under the impression that it was a glitch, and no one wanted to, you know, ruin it for everyone.

Yes, because (1) SDS has no idea that this is a thing, and (2) they have such a strong presence in these forums.

Still a thing. I think it’s a safe assumption that it will be permanent if tonight’s patch doesn’t address it. If not, better start grinding.

I've never done a MTO until the 2nd stage came out. I like it. Figured I'd go ahead and grind all the teams. If the double points gets removed then I'll just do half the teams and call it good.

Right now it's still available; per their patch notes it will be gone at 3 a.m. Friday.
