What difficulty do yall play at? This is my first one so getting a feel for it. I usually do conquest on HoF but I'm not the best hitter so comebacks could be difficult. Will try with Angels. Need 20 points for Ohtani.

I play on veteran. With them now giving out double affinity points, a half-season of veteran would net you 22 point assuming you outperformed expectations.

You can change the difficulty before the playoffs. So if you want to start on HoF you can and then drop down if you need to. For reference, I'd consider my self average to below average and I handled All-Star with zero effort with the White Sox.

I typically just do MTO on veteran so it’s simple and mindless. Especially now with the double points

    Here’s how I see it:

Veteran if you want to mindlessly grind.
Hall of game if you want to appreciate the pressure and moments
All star is the sweet spot of not too easy or too hard

I’ve finished some on all three. I’ve started a few on hall of fame and then switched to all star in the playoffs if I lost a game or two.

Trying all-star now, loving it! Dumb question but where do I save it?

Is it still double points if you start a new MTO?

Veteran, eat is easy to exceed expectations on Vet, the word is you get more points exceeded expectations on Vet than meeting on AS. Plus the more fails the longer it takes, fail less on Vet get through faster.

Also in playoffs if you get close to elimination lower difficulty, better to get points on Beginner than no points

How long on average would you say a run on veteran or all star takes?

If its still double pts I take my team to the playoffs and stop, that way when stage 3 comes out I have points waiting following a short playoff run.

Wait a minute, I’ve done 6 or 7 MTO’s, recently Cards starting on Sunday or a Monday and I didn’t get double points. Is that new since then or am I missing something? I like the grind so this my choice method but if I’m missing on double points I’m gonna be upset, lol, not really.

    Please help.

You most likely got double points, you just didn't notice.

You definitely do. Just completed first half and got it said I earned 14 points on the report but got 28 on my team affinity path.

All Star, low enough I can mindlessly multitask while I grind it regardless of the roster. I actually really dislike veteran and struggle with it far more than All Star, feels like offspeed is way slower on Vet but fastballs are basically the same speed
