Can we get a connectivity issue statement from SDS

Have you tried using a mobile hotspot?

I love ranked seasons. It’s pretty much the whole reason I play this game, collect cards, spend money, etc...the disconnects during RS are troublesome.
I use a hard wired connection and have all brand new equipment from Comcast as of 2 months ago. This is the only game that disconnects. It never disconnects from the show server just the game I’m playing in ranked.
Can we get some type of explanation as to why this happens and what we can do to alleviate this issue? Do you have to uninstall the game? Is there a router setting that we can change? Just give some type of help pertaining to this. Ranked/BR/Events are the only game modes that disconnect. Any help from SDS or anyone else would be appreciated.
Comcast router are recycled trash. Go buy a better one and you save money in the long run

I sent in a game report tonight was up 2-0 in the 8th, I get a solid basehit that would of scored another easily... it freezes and says “ connection to opponent lost “ I’m thinking he quit or dashborded, it comes back to the home screen and I had lost! I couldn’t believe it! I was in a party - didn’t get kicked - I was still log into PSN... I just don’t know what else to do?! I have literally the best internet I can by wired in connection with a brand new router and cables... I had the internet guy out and everything. Yet it pulled this [censored]? It’s 2020 it’s not that hard to figure out, if it’s your business! Whatever

I had this happen to me multiple times at the beginning of the year. When that “lost connection with opponent” screen comes up, its in the form of a button. And I wold press X acknowledging it was there and connection was lost. Everytime I got the L. Usually ahead, mid homerun or something where the guy clearly dashboarded or disconnected harshly. I wrote sds they had no explanation. It was not my internet as everything else was flowing smooth and wired to all new hardware.
It’s happebed a lot since then obviously but I never click X anymore and wait to come back to the screen where it shows who won and I’ve not taken an L since. You may want to try this method, whoever dashbaorded or disconnected is not going to see that button so just don’t press anything and see what happens.

Any disconnect loss is 100% your internet. Server errors go to que. SDS doesn’t pick someone to give a loss, and you have bad luck. Like I said I’m my previous post, this is the most sensitive server I’ve ever been on and any disconnect results in a loss for you. While yes it sucks to get losses from disconnects, especially when you’re winning. You need to either change internet companies or get a good technician to figure it out.
