Replay Challenges...?

Earlier tonight, I played a very enjoyable game with an excellent opponent (Kingcole12147, if I'm remembering correctly), a game with umpire errors included in the settings. I don't mind having that setting on in games with replay challenges. The added realism is worth the occasional gaffe.
Anyway, in the first inning of our game, Tony Gwynn stroked a ball into the gap and I sent him to 2nd base. The tag came in and he was called out. I waited for a chance to challenge the play, but to no avail as the game progressed without giving me the chance.
Afterward, I opened the Replay screen and had a look. As I suspected, Gwynn was not only safe, he was so safe that MLB would probably have given the 2nd base umpire a stern talking to after the game had it been played in the real world.
So, I guess my question is this: do replay challenges not appear in RS games? If not, then the umpire accuracy should be set to perfect by default, in my opinion.

There are no challenges in RS games. Im 99% sure calls are set to perfect. What you are encountering is a sync issue that has been in the gm for years. I have had instances where I was playing a friend and a odd call would happen and we would both take screenshots and videos and share them with each other and we would have different results from one another on the same play.
