I just reached Gold Level 1 and I'm struggling to figure out which of these guys to take. I took Jackson with my last pick and I have my CAP at catcher, so Posey is out for me. I'm most intrigued by Larkin, because I've struggled to find a shortstop that I really like all year. However, I used him in a Showdown run and he hit like I kinda feared he would. He didn't do anything against righties but crushed lefties. For those that have him, how has he hit for you so far? I'd still consider Minoso or Sandberg, but I did just unlock Biggio for 2B. How does Sandberg hit compared to Biggio?

I just hit Gold one as well. Highly debated Minnie or Larkin. Ended up going with Minnie, because I've never hit well with Larkin or Ryno for that matter and have my CAP at 2B. I really like Minnie's combination of Speed, Power and defense....AND he can play 3B too.....

Larkin started that way for me but I've learned to hit better with him. I'm happy I took him. Like you said, he crushes lefties. He has solid fielding and baserunning. I've learned to go the other way against righties, and now he's a base hit machine. I'm happy with him.
Posey I never find I'm particularly good with. He's like Larkin without the speed.
Sandberg I hear is much better this time around than previous years.

Larkins been really reliable for me. He hits line drives and hard ground balls that find the holes regularly against righties, and can even hit some bombs off them, and lefties he absolutely crushes, think I’m batting like 500 against them
