There's a prestige level after the diamond one it's hidden until you get to it. There's a 99 springer, 99 Jose Ramirez and a 99 Eric Thames.

After you complete the normal XP path, there is a hidden prestige level. Springer, 2018 Finest Jose Ramirez and Eric Thames are the picks along with blood diamonds of the 5 regular XP rewards.
How people are that far I have no idea.

No idea really i'm only at level 25 of silver lol i'm a snail. I guess they do it by playing non stop.
