What do you guys do with all the "no sell" silvers and such you get from affinity packs? Rival exchanges or something better?

Gold exchange, sell the gold
If I just quicksold the silvers, I'd get like 400-500 stubs for five silvers, or I can turn it into a gold and guarantee atleast 1k

I will give an example I locked in Ripken. Bought another Ripken for an exchange at first and it wouldn’t sell me use in exchanges. I had to sell on market. It was marked blank when I tried to click in Yankee rival exchange

did the same to me for gallo trying to do the angels exchange

That sucks then, I’ve never had it happen to me.
