Is the reaction just really slow with 2B / SS throwing the ball, primarily on double plays? Online or offline, my guys take an eternity to get the ball out of the glove. It doesn't matter how early I preload the throw.

Feels like it has gotten progressively worse over the last month. It's not even the stuck-in-mud animation as much as they use an extremely weak toss or extended animation before the throw. The game keeps choosing the worst animation possible to where I'm barely getting one out on should-be double plays.

Something definitely seems to have changed over the last few weeks with how infielders are throwing the ball. I played an Event game last night where I should have had three easy outs that never happened.
One was a ground ball to the first baseman with the pitcher covering. Instead of a normal toss, the first baseman made this ridiculously slow, high underhand lob and the runner was safe. Two others were grounders where my second baseman was practically on top of first base, but made these incredibly slow, almost no-motion throws that let the runners beat it out.
It’s almost like the game is occasionally using the animations you see after a play is over, when players are no longer user controlled and casually toss the ball back to the pitcher. Except these are happening in the middle of live plays. Something is definitely off.

Exactly. My last online game I had three instances where it cost me an out. My opponent got snubbed at least once too. I was even getting those animations grinding offline mini-sesaons last night. It had me wondering is there a way to get the good animation or is there something causing my game to react slowly.
