I’d say the MLB is the most pro-player expression out of any major sports league. Guys like Elly and Jazz are known for their loud colors and the fact that we don’t have a color wheel to use on our gear is a huge miss. Also with the colors of our gear, the saturation on certain equipment especially the cleats is way down and white looks gray which is super annoying. Possibly being able to change the colors of the logos on arm sleeves and other things like you can with bats would be really cool.

Quality of life stuff would be huge too. Being able to back out of the start game menu. Bumping up the graphics in general but also around the clubhouse. When you meet the managers for each level, their offices always looked like a depressing version of the backrooms to me.

Money from your contract should really mean something next year. If you look at the player career mode in the new FC/Fifa games they’ll give you a bonus in things like speed or strength etc. Being able to match that up with the limited training days you get in the majors would be a big bonus to keep playing after your first few seasons. Maybe able to buy different clothes for your player to wear in the clubhouse or plane.

This might be stretching too far now but maybe new voice lines, like if your first hit is a homer in the majors it can be noticed. As well as the graphic when you hit it. Or when you break records there will be more excitement in the commentary and especially the crowd. Pan around the crowd after a big home run and have the camera shake as if the fans are really there and buzzing.
