What are your thoughts on this card from the XP Path?

I just pitched him twice and got absolutely shelled, but that could be user error.

According to showzone his meta overall is 3rd highest starting pitcher but I couldn’t tell you why. I tried him vs cpu a few times and was underwhelmed. Those ratings are meant for online playing so I gotta think he has some value that I haven’t found yet.
