Did the pitching bugs get fixed?

I remember reading on several posts in March/April about pitching RTTS players having serious issues with bugs, training points, perks, amount of pitches etc.
has anybody started a new pitcher RTTS recently and if so, have the issues been fixed? I remember reading it took forever to upgrade bc the values were way too high for so many different attribute options.
