Completely lost my save file.

I recently lost my franchise save file that I have played on since launch day despite not deleting it at all. I've tried everything, even submitting a ticket. I am devastated. Any help?

The only thing I could suggest is trying the game on another machine. You must know someone that has a console you could log into.
This has happened to people before and I've heard all manner of advice from reinstalling to logging out/in to your account. I'm surprised that support couldn't help you. The saves are there ... somewhere.
