People will always complain, but this definitely solves the previous issue of not enough variety in lineups. If you want to see less Kluber/Oswalt/Hal, then you introduce new Diamond Starters. If you want to have different lineups, you have to introduce new diamond players. Nobody wants to trot out silvers and golds when everyone else has high diamonds. Who cares if its not realistic

Interesting choice to have a good chunk of the future stars with super high vision and low power. Could provide a roadmap to rating cards to end online stat lines of 7 runs on 7 hits.

The point I’m making is that it’s still early. There are still all the inning programs and the cards that come with that as well as the rest of TA. This may not have been what you wanted, I know it’s not what I had in mind, but there’s still a ton left. It’s better than getting some juiced up card of a “legend” who just wasn’t very good. Imagine a Diamond Kirt Manwaring (extreme example).

Considering the only team I have above 15 (and maxed at 70) is the Yankees, I'm not disappointed in their card. He'll slot in well in my rotation.

My guess is these were slated for the summer or fall affinity, but whatever they had planned for spring relied on baseball being played.

Some are not even close to top 100. Some aren't even top 10 of their own team (Blue Jays Kevin Smith)

I am not a huge fan of this as TA2, but it is because I suck at Showdown. If stage 2 has more ways to get TA points, then I am ok with it.
To the OP, thanks for the list, looking forward to hearing who they selected for the Reds.
