I think an update regarding the effects of Covid and the capabilities of the studio during lockdown would go a long way to reduce the complaints/vitriol by your customers (including myself). Many/most companies with a public face already have these type of updates posted on the websites, so it wouldn’t exactly be groundbreaking territory here.

I'm at the point where I think the lack of communication is actually a strategic decision. There can't be accountability if you stay in the dark about everything.

I said it last year. The only time they care to talk to us and tell us anything is from Feb to march. After launch they could care less .

Just an update in general would be nice. I know they said that they were working on a fielding patch, but they’ve ignored some other big issues that are still prevalent. The hitting is still pretty inconsistent, and pitching needs a few tweaks. I’m glad that they are addressing the fielding but they can’t just ignore all of the other faults this game has.

Except, they may not be able to fix that without access to the studio AND guarantee they don’t break the game with the patch. As much as the fielding is a dumpster fire right now, I’ll take it over say freeze offs or games disappearing into the “queue”.

I've received updates from Raymor and Flannagan, my vet, cable company, and every other vendor/service imaginable under the sun, yet crickets here.
Oh. Let's roll out fake cards though via our whiney baby "content creators".
I digress.
This is a reasonable request, asking about the General state of things. Avoidance doesn't make this go away SDS.

I mean, I get COVID updates from Pizza Hut and Old Navy, SDS is a live service and tell us what's up. Maybe they can't do much because the tools are at the office, so they can't make a significant patch/add much in the way of content -- just tell me.

Thank the lord there are such good people on here willing to spend their valuable time to ensure any complaints are valid, based solely off their own experiences.
What would we do without these gentle souls patrolling the forums to keep us all focused on the real issues. Like "where Reggie should bat in my lineup", or "how do I make more stubs?" Or "I just pulled Trout from a headliner pack!".
