Roster Update question

First, why Bryce Miller's overall increased by 4 despite every attribute having a decrease?
Edit: It's because he was somehow a RP until now

Second, why is there no H/9 vs L in roster updates?
Edit: The H/9 vs L attribute is shown in the in-game roster update screen but not on any of the browser or app charts. It must be a bug.

It was a platoon for him and Luis Castillo once miller returned from injury this season. Luis and Bryce were used as a “dual” starter basically. Luis would start, pitch a couple innings and Bryce would relieve him. Once they traded him, Bryce was moved back to a SP.
