XP Wheel Picker

So before closing my app, I got a random premier WBC pack in my inventory not knowing what it was from. But as I reopen the app I get the XP picker thing and I do it and I get the WBC pack.
So I'm guessing the game already knows what's it going to give you for the XP and its just giving you an animation to make you feel like you can get something big. -

I spun the XP wheel got the diamond (finally) and I didn’t get my 50 bundle w chase card. I have a video and a picture to prove it, even of me going to inventory and it not being there’s I don’t get how this happening. Every single time I get the silver it pops up immediately but the one time it’s diamond I get nothing? I messaged SDS no respond.![alt text]
