I got a WBC 1.5k player in random deluxe and premier got Winn at 2.5k thanks sds

Same thing happened to me, surprised to hear that SDS says that it’s correct. I guess I won’t send in a ticket.
-
They took the bunny pack out of the ultra packs, should have taken it out of the premiere packs also
-
So, the Ex-Lax is gone and no more diarrhea packs?

I'm being told we can do the Ultra Pack. That does seem to make the most sense.
So, to recap: IF you got a Chocolate Bunny Pack, reach out to Support for another Ultra Pack, but don't open it until later in the day tomorrow.
I'm still waiting on my ticket reply.

Do a thread search for "Anybody else got this happened to them" started 12 days ago. It's all about this issue and has replies from SDS mods.
Basically it's just more BS and lies, the only thing they're good at lately.
-
Just got a response from support. They said that it is up to 3 players. No help offered. So basically we can now get screwed as a policy of SDS.
-
Got the Chocolate Eggs last night..... Tori Hunter. Wonder what my second one will give me...
-
If it says "Contains 3 Players" on the outer wrapper, it should contain 3 players.
-
I asked support to reconsider and they gave me an ultra pack with 5 players. I really appreciate it when they come through.

Again, this is among the biggest self-inflicted wounds that SDS is responsible for. The entirely lottery basis of these virtual rewards is one of the persistent complaints customers lodge. The solution is plain as day, which is why it won't ever happen.
Rewards should come in the form of a voucher, where the recipient can redeem it for any player at the level specified. The contest should say that if you succeed in it, then you earn a voucher for any 96 rated player card, and the voucher allows one to select one from any of those cards at that level.
This would end the lottery mentality that has caused so much anger. But, having said all that, I've come to the conclusion that SDS enjoys poking itself in the eye.

These used to be in vault
Packs during seasons that everyone hated where it gave u a choice of 5
Cards and didn’t give u the same cards over and over and over
