Opponent pause timer went to 0 and I lost

So my opponent spawns into the game we don’t play one pitch because he pauses and time runs out. Game closes and I get the loss and lose out on weekend classic rewards. How does that make any sense. Is there anything I can do?

Not worth the time. They already stated that they wont reset Wins/Losses.

Best that could happen is if they check to see if the other player tried a glitch/cheat.
