New Jacob Misiorowski Card

Apologies if this has already been asked. My wife just gave birth to our second child, so I’ve been completely MIA and missed everything.

How do you get the Jacob Misiorowski card? I see it’s tied to Weekend Classic, but I’m not sure exactly what I need to do in WC to earn him. Plus I doubt I’ll be able to play much before WC is over… is he going to be like a 500K, rare card?

The window on the home tab of the dd screen says miserableowski is in certain tiers.
