Didn’t Get XP Wheel Spin?

So before playing a conquest game, I had the XP bar around 29k/30k
Finish the game, the post game summary screen acts like it’s going to the wheel spin, and then just doesn’t?
I’ve tried to access the XP Reward path thinking that night refresh it. Backed out and back in to DD. Neither worked
Pretty annoying for that to just not work? I mean I would have likely got the silver reward for the 19294th consecutive spin but the fact that I didn’t even get a spin and the 30k XP wheel reset is dumb
Happened to anyone else?

yea sometimes it doesn't give the wheel animation after you reach 30k, but you still get a reward. if you didn't get a pack reward, your random could have just been stubbs

It happened to me once. I had a new deluxe pack in my inventory. I closed the game and re-opened it and it did the animation at the daily rewards part and shockingly landed on a deluxe pack.

Thanks. I figured this was the case.
Should have noted that I had an accumulation of packs before this happened…not sure if one was added but this makes sense.

I just opened my xp inning path rewards and got the 50 pack for the first time ever and I just bought 50 a few games before and got the red diamond and decided to play to get my rewards but they never showed up. But when I open my multiplayer program right after I got the ballin pack and it showed up with 5 packs next to it. But I know it was the 50. Account is Nemonextdoorr on PSN. This is the first time it’s happened and the first time I got the 50 packs. Google said it’s predetermined so I’m sure SDS is able to see that I got the reward in my spin but never recieved it.

This, like many others, is a returning bug that goes unfixed. The so called wheel spin is a farce as it doesn't matter how long you let it go or when you hit the button the reward is predetermined. For two years now I've been getting my reward without spinning but then the next time I sign in to Diamond Quest I get the wheel spin and it shows the reward I already received.
