Team logo bugged to Default logo

What it says on the tin. Shortly after the stream started, my Diamond Dynasty team logo reverted to the default yellow home plate with crossed bats. It's showing up on the conquest map, in the in-game scorebug, the menus, everywhere. I hate it!
I went into the customize menu and re-added my logo, but it is still displaying the default logo, even after closing and restarting the game to see if it would fix it. My logo also won't show up in the customize menu anymore, it's just an empty circle where the logo should be.
The default logo is ugly, please fix it. Is anyone else experiencing this?
EDIT: I also have to go back into the uniform customization menu and RE-ADD my logo to every helmet and cap, home and away. Annoying!!!
