4th Inning Boss Collection Voucher

Does it matter when you collect the voucher? I've already completed the 4th inning. Would I get more points if I turned in the voucher now or when the 5th inning drops?

But what if you don't havethe bosses for inning 3 (Soto and Lindor) would they still count towards the 4th inning?
