The Lag is Ridiculous

@x-814-x-MAFIA-x_PSN in years when the game was great I’d be inclined to agree with you. I think most have quit playing. It’s still laggy cuz this game just sucks and the servers suck and they just don’t care. It shouldn’t be like this in mid June.
135,000 people have already acquired a card that came out 4 hours ago. I don't think most have quit playing.

I can understand your frustration with the lag any other time. But to complain, or think theyre wont be lag, on a release day/beginning of a weekend is hilarious.
So now the lag that was never there in the past is now acceptable because its a release?

No. Didnt say it was acceptable. Just saying that the lag could be more profound because if everyone trying to play.
Think of their servers as the Beltway in DC.
Think or the content release as of 5pm traffic.
Its going to be more laggy/congested because there is more traffic than any other time of the day.

I mean I get some of my worst lag (to the point I have to reboot sometimes) when I'm on the game around 3-5AM CT so I'm not sure how much congestion has to do with it. Then again, I'd guess bots & other forms of illegal traffic would peak during 2PM CT releases & overnight hours (when people let the cheat modules play while they sleep).

Everything is running great on my end. The menu lag was really bad a few days ago, but whatever they did while the game was down for a couple hours seems to have almost completely gotten rid of it. I've had no issues since then.

@platewelder_363_MLBTS THIS! Especially considering we paid ~70 dollars for this game. It should perform at a quality that one would expect from a 70 dollar game.

@x-814-x-MAFIA-x_PSN it’s actually not hilarious to expect there not to be lag, even if it is the beginning of the weekend. It’s 2026, no way should games or servers be this bad. We just witnessed the Worlds first Trillionaire and you’re telling me that we should still expect lag during the weekend? It’s unacceptable.

Just lost my third game to disconnects in as many days.
Second day in a row the servers are down for me.
How can they, with a straight face, just ignore these issues?

The lag and freezes are a huge step backwards for this franchise.

Anyone experiencing lag while trying to do anything in diamond dynasty right now? Any action takes extra time to perform, such as:
- Moving one space in diamond quest
- waiting for the end of game screen
- viewing a card's stats in inventory
- making a buy/sell order on the market
- viewing current buy/sell orders for a card
- editing my squad
- simply scrolling through the menus
Are they trying to make this game unplayable??? I've tested my own internet and there are no issues, so it's on their end. There's no excuse for this! I'm tired of the lag, I'm tired of the server problems, I'm tired of not feeling heard and not feeling valued as a 10-year player of this game.
Count me out next year if things don't improve substantially.
It feels like it's about to crash at any second, menu is lagging, games which should load lightning fast take minutes, and then theres the market... orders are taking a minute each... thats not a exaggeration I counted.
