Spotlight 2 Program

No option to get a huge chunk of progress by Collecting the 2 Spotlight and/or the 3 TN cards.

I see it on my end. 35 points for the Spotlight and 15 for TN.

Don't gaslight yourself. It was missing for me too and then showed up. It's a weird glitch or they made a quick fix IDK
