Kinsler 4 XBH Help?

I don’t know how this game expects me to get 4 XBH with a player who has only a 72 combined power rating. He isn’t getting that ball anywhere with that.
I’m playing on rookie, at Coors, with Kinsler batting first to get the most ABs possible. And so far this mini season I’ve only gotten one XBH.
Anything else I can do to improve my chances?
You could try getting him to say parallel 2/3 and then give him a power boost, I use HR Derby park and just normal swing it's a tiny park and the ball flies, anyone can hit a home run even Chandler Simpson.

@JenkinMeyer_PSN also applies in mini seasons. You can see your mini season opponents starting rotation before entering the game

I don't have any tips, sadly, but i will say it was one of the worst things i've done in this game.
Took me an inordinate amount of time to complete and i vowed never to use the card again. -
I have noticed if the opposing team has your same pitcher all of a sudden you’ll have super stamina. Then sometimes your pitcher (if they have it) will completely drain your stamina to 0

@LadySwampfox_XBL this tip in general helps you to get more favorable ABs with cards in mini seasons like Kinsler
I used this method when needing to get on base with Ibanez. Tried to get as many ABs against righties as possible to help the grind

I had trouble with him ( still need one more XBH)….
I use directional hitting. I take my left stick and push it to the right for kinsler. (Not up or down, but “straight across”). That seemed to open up the right center gap for him and led to harder contact.
Still hard though.

I raked with Ibanez, no clue why

@JenkinMeyer_PSN same, didn’t really have trouble knocking out his mission leading him off and having him face a righty. He has a nice swing forsure

Him and Joc Pederson for some reason just press button and no doubters. Gleyber Torres and um, pirates Lowe same thing
In miniseasons at least on rookieI’d never use those cowards in a ranked game

This would apply in conquest but not miniseasons.
Right. I always face the same pitcher both games in the "series". Frustrating.

The opponent rotation doesn't go by overall(in miniseasons), what you see on the screen is the rotation order.

That’s what I thought but other dude was saying otherwise
Regardless I always throw pitchers for the TA strikeout thing and just load them up

Miniseasons is not, you scroll down to look and the rotation displayed is the rotation order. -

Took me forever to get the 5 XBHs with Ryan McMahon, in total 3 full mini seasons runs lol
