Anyone else has a throw not go to the correct base?

Thought I was high or something the other day when I threw the ball home from the OF and it went to 2B.
Happened again yesterday when I threw the ball to 2B from the OF and it went to 3B.
Can't really prove it with the video since it wont show controller inputs but twice now seems funky as I dont generally make those types of input mistakes.

Yes, it happens from time to time. It's a known glitch that for some reason never gets patched.

haven't had that happen but I did hit a perfect/perfect foul ball! let that marinate for a bit!
