Can someone explain the formula for rating change in ranked?

Idk if I've missed the explanation but it feels completely random. How much do you go up or down for a win or loss and what determines that number in ranked?

@cusejuice315_PSN I swear it’s completely random I always thought it was the better player u play the more u earn but recently the ive beaten guys who are 50-100 ratings higher and only get 15
