Missing players

Has anyone not gotten the reward from conquest? My son finished his conquest map and didn't receive the player rewarded for the challenge. I put in a support ticket and all I was told was this!

Mexico City. The map and challenges sat complete too. Haven't tried playing It again

I'll take a look and see if there's anything weird about that one. Is the map "reset" so that all the hexes are blank?
