Recommended cards to buy before the next major roster update?

What cards should I buy to potentially get a player that will later become a gold or diamond in MLB The Show 26? Post your suggestions here, oh and make sure that you are more than 80% positive this card that you post will be upgraded. Also its not just to help me, its to help others here who are having trouble buying the right cards to save for the next major roster update.

Here’s the issue, as soon as the name is dropped, the price will be inflated to make the investment worthless. Plus, you’ll get people who will buy a handful, post it as a good investment, let the market inflate and then sell off their own investment for a nice profit.

Yeah Investing isn’t nearly as good as it was I recommend flipping instead.
