Flamethrower bad??

I am a CP. mastered Flamethrower so it activates after the first out in any situation. The thing is, I’m seeing the CPU strike out LESS with flamethrower activated than I see without it. Anyone else experience this? Luckily I had two saves one before and one after I upgraded. Think I’m just gonna revert back and upgrade my attributes.

basically all perks are still bugged and the developers haven't even mentioned any kind of update or progress of when they may be patched

@SpecialFrosty_PSN I don't know if the CPU cares about the velocity of pitches, honestly. It feels like only the per 9 stats matter vs CPU
