Having a hard time keeping up
-
And no not in the bedroom, but in this game. I have completed the New Threads Collection and the Spring Breakout Collection and thats it. I did not finished the 2nd inning path.
I genuinely want to know how a normie player with a Wife and kid is supposed to keep up with all these collections. I feel like it was a bit easier last year.
I’m not gonna lie. I kind of miss sets and seasons and I miss that we didn’t need 500k xp to get a boss pack and that there was 3 bosses and we would get two of them.
-
Hug your wife and kids, spend more time with them. Don’t let FOMO get you down, there’s not really much to lose out on up in here until they make some changes
-
It sucks, but keeping up with these releases is not the norm.
They want FOMO to get the better of you so you whip out your credit card, and sadly it seems to work with many.
-
@Beaterrr_XBL be with your kids bro! When that time is gone, it’s gone. My kid just graduated Illinois State. I play this game cuz I love baseball, and we are empty nesters. This game used to be so much better than it is now.
-
We all agree you arnt missing anything other then perfect input outs bro, rng and the usual [censored]. Play the game when you have time.
-
Just do what I do and not give a [censored]. I just stay in the 500's and use different cards when I get them. By when I get them, I mean after HOURS of playing and getting enough 3k diamond pulls to finally get one or the free garbage ones they give out. Haven't sniffed a chase card yet again. I'll get an old one or two in September.
-
It's EXTREMELY hard to complete XP paths (well according to me), mainly because I'm a mainly offline player.
-
@Player99_MLBTS I’m with you. I spend quite a bit of time on the game because I’m an ol head who likes baseball and the nostalgia of playing with players of the past. I got 1 player from the 1st inning, didn’t reach the 2nd Inning and not sure I’ll reach the 3rd inning. Strictly offline will take a heck a grind in order to complete the inning.
-
Don't try to keep up with the Jones, just play your game and enjoy some baseball when you aren't enjoying time with the wife and kids. Life is too short to try staying one step ahead of the other fella.
-
You can do a lot to be efficient about grinding. The moonshot event now is a great way to blast through multiplayer program, which is full of xp and needed rewards
-
All of these loot box games prey on FOMO. Do your best to take a more casual approach and not try to keep up with streamers that no life the game 24/7 or people on the forums that have pulled judge and/or Ohtani as it’s not reality for most of us. At the end of the day it’s a video game with virtual baseball cards worth absolutely nothing.
-
@Beaterrr_XBL Play more or don’t expect to keep up with everything.
-
Well, that's just like your opinion man.
-
Well you can always catch up at the end of the year when the forever program is released. All the previous inning cards are released, tons of pack, stubs, and cheap cards.
