To change my field name from minor canvas? If not it will be annoying just spent a hour making a metro city center ball field.

Yes, use the Properties menu options. There is a help file available within the game mode.

@priorfir4383355_xbl is talking about the R1 button. You hold it down and it brings up a wheel. You use it to change all manner of things.
For your purposes, you want properties. You can also change your field and your scenery.
It's the same button you use for cloning/snapping props. Just make sure you're not aiming at anything when you hit it.
Make sure you hit the 'confirm' button at the bottom after you make changes.
