Is it just me or is anyone else having trouble, not getting called up?

I’m in year 5 and I’m still stuck in Double A Somerset for the Yankees!!! No matter how many goals I pass, one failed goal sets me back all the way to 0 on the ready meter!!! And every time I do move up on the meter, I get injured, once again setting me back to square one!!! I’m going to restart my career to see if that helps!

Are you hoarding your tokens?
The only reason I can see this happening (other than a major glitch), is you're not raising your rating/potential.
I haven't found the goals to be that necessary to getting called up. A couple times my status was at 'ready' as soon as I was promoted to AAA from AA without completing a single goal.
