I have every spotlight card that has been released up this point. I just looked and its gonna cost me over 350k to get chipper.
Was this how it was last year? I thought the lightning player was always in a free program.

The lightning player is Elly, and he is free for completing the programs. Chipper is the retro and he requires the collection. I'm pretty sure this is the same as last year as far as I remember.
