TA Exchanges

I’m sure this has been discussed before so sorry for the repeat. But does anyone know the most cost efficient way to complete the TA exchanges? Trying to get caught up on a few before stage 2 starts and getting a bit tired of playing showdown.

76 overall card x 5
77 overall card x 6
78 overall card x 4
79 overall card x 1May not be the most cost effective, but it should be between $3-4k for each exchange.
Might be able to do it cheaper with Bronze cards but you'll need about 80 of them to exchange

Sorry, I meant team affinity points for each full exchange.

It's 50,000 for the exchange, a 79 is worth just under 5K.

So, in other words, to just outright buy a FOTF (or to advance and prepare for stage 2) it costs about 15-20k per team. Not bad. Personally, I dont want to sink the stubs since I'm NMS (having to exchange, to me, is different than collect since you still have use of those cards in collections). But it's not a bad price if the FOTF are as good as people say. I've got two of them done simply through MTO.

I did the math last night, the cheapest I found was 40K. Your best bet is MTO. It's relatively fast, and not as much of a grind as other game modes.

Bruh check your math. I currently own 260k exchange points for 19k total. That's less than 4k per 10 TA points. Which means bhall09 is correct

I'm sure you do. Cost depends on the team and the time of day your purchasing the cards. If you stay up until 3 A.M. I'm sure you could do it for even less

I did these earlier using @luskc23 method above and just took the buy nows cuz I didn’t feel like waiting for orders to go through. For the Orioles it ended up being about 4,700 stubs per 50,000 exchange points. The Twins ended up being about 5,700 stubs. I did the math and it’s roughly 1,000 stubs less if you put buy orders in. So depending on the division and if you want to put orders in, it’s likely between 3,500 and 6,000 stubs per 50,000 exchange points.
